下着会社に勤めるまみは同僚の青木と婚約中。しかし、青木のことを、まみの先輩の舞が虎視眈々と狙っている。まみの親友の愛は社長と愛人関係にあるが、以前は舞が社長の愛人であった。真面目なOL葉月はうだつの上がらない万年平社員の平と不倫関係にある。4人のOLが会社を舞台に肉体を武器にした愛の争奪戦を繰り広げる。
