看護師の町子は、コスプレフェチのサラリーマン・徳男と結婚した。結婚後も夫婦の営みは盛んで、毎夜絡みあう。ある日、町子のアルバムの中で妹・文子のセーラー服姿を発見、妄想の中で彼女と絡む。しかも町子が恩師の訃報で実家に戻ったとたん、入れ違いに文子が現れる。妻の留守中に可愛い義理の妹が現れ、徳男のドキドキ生活が始まるが…。
