レンタル・ビデオ店で働いている利夫は、向かいのマンションに住む真由美に惚れている。店で真由美の姿を見なくなった利夫だが、真由美の気配はひしひしと伝わってきている。気になって真由美のマンションを訪ねた利夫は、そこで真由美の死を知らされる。だが、落ち込んでいる利夫の前に現れたのは、喪服を着た真由美だった！真由美の情念に取り憑かれた利夫は、日に日に生気が失せていく。心配した同僚が霊媒師を呼び、除霊してもらった利夫だったが…。
