冴えないヤクザの安男と清。彼らは情婦のソープ嬢を利用して客を恐喝して金を巻き上げたり、読み捨てられた雑誌を売るなど、チンケなシノギですごしている。組織が組長襲撃で揺れる中、その犯人を見つけた彼らは、男を上げるため銃を手に乗り込んでいくが、事態は思わぬ方向に転がっていく。
