東京郊外にある東西団地はかなりの所帯数が生活していた。その日も集会所で若い男性の葬儀が行われていた。その妻・令子の傷心し弔間に来た人々の涙をそそった。葬儀が終わり部屋に戻った令子は、一人、泣き狂う。「あなた、もうあたしに何もして下さらないの…。こんなことも、こんなことも…。」と、自慰にひたっていた…。
