夫を亡くしてから一週間…。未亡人となってしまった宮子はその事実を飲み込めず、今日も二人分の食事を作って悲しみに暮れてしまう…。そこへ夫の仕事道具を届けに来た後輩の後藤に、作り過ぎてしまった夕飯を振舞う宮子。久しぶりの人との会話で笑顔を取り戻す宮子だったが、夫の話題に顔を暗くしてしまう…。そして、寂しさに耐え切れなくなった宮子は後藤に風呂を勧め、遺影の前で自慰に耽ってしまう…。夫の感覚を求め指を動かす宮子の姿を、風呂から上がった後藤が目撃して…。
