地球へ衝突コースをとる小惑星ネメシス。これを迎撃するために、地球防衛隊本部ではミサイル・プロトン1号および2号が建設された。しかし、突如出現した巨大怪獣ドルグラーと巨大戦闘ロボットヘルゲイザーMkIIによってプロトン計画は窮地に立たされる。地球防衛隊員・南有紀は本来の姿である巨大ヒロイン「アルファレディー」となって二体の怪獣に戦いを挑む。しかし戦いの最中、突然彼女を襲う謎の超音波が発生。互角だった戦いも一気に劣勢へと向かってしまう…。［BAD END］
