母を目の前で殺された猪俣沙耶は、犯人である正義の戦隊ファイアーレンジャーに復讐するために、世界を滅ぼそうとしている悪の組織アバジオンの技術博士、染野に改造手術を施してもらう。沙耶は、改造後、憎しみの感情以外は抜け落ちてしまうというバグを抱えながらも、超戦士ジューディアスに変身する殺戮マシンになっていた。そして、ようやく見つけた母の仇ファイアーレッドを倒すジューディアスだったが、そこで新たな真実を突きつけられるのだった。
