20XX年、TOKYO。悪の組織ウオッカによって街は支配され政府機関は無力と化し、市民たちは恐怖に怯えながら暮らしていた。ウオッカに対抗するために、サイボーグ研究の権威小坂博士は、政府にたのまれサイボーグコップの開発を急いでいた。だが、ウオッカがそれを放っておくはずはなく、ウオッカは小坂博士の研究所を急襲した。幸い小坂博士は留守で難を逃れたが、助手の田中は殺され、小坂博士の妻、杏里も瀕死の重傷を負った。日々は過ぎ、暴虐の限りを尽くすウオッカの戦闘員の前に女性型サイボーグが現れる。［BAD END］
