闘忍学校の生徒・御影志乃は、忍びの実力はピカイチで正義感も強い生徒だが、その性格がマイペースなため落ちこぼれというレッテルを貼られていた。闘忍クラスの卒業試験の日、遅刻する志乃を待つ教頭先生のもとに、日本を支配しようとする邪悪な凶忍集団ソウマの下忍たちが現れる。教頭は気配を察知して隠れるが、内密なはずの試験を知られたことに不安を感じ、到着した御影志乃に特別に闘忍クラスの卒業を認め、シャドウブルーになることを任命する。変身した志乃は、襲ってくる下忍たちと戦うのだが…［BAD END］
