「トーキョー・ヒーロー・プロジェクト」地元のPRや治安活動に活躍する計画。しかし、彼らヒーロー達が本当に超能力を持ち、日夜悪の秘密結社と戦っていることを知る者は、まだ少ない。バイト先を失ってしまった主人公は、友人の紹介で新たなバイトの面接を受けるなし崩し的に悪の秘密結社でバイトをすることになった晃太郎。新本首都統京を舞台に、ゆるキャラ型パワードスーツの「中の人」として、今日もヒーローと戦います。
