鳳凰戦隊フェニックスにいつも計画を邪魔されていた悪の組織エデンの女幹部ラーミア。戦いの中で、ピンクとレッドとの関係に何かを閃いたラーミアは、アジトに戻り新たな作戦を企てる。その作戦とは、ピンクに成りすまし戦隊の要であるレッドを内面から攻略するというものだった。得意の呪術でレッドに呪いをかけたラーミアは、自らをピンクの姿に変え戦隊基地に乗り込んでいく。ラーミアの呪術によってラーミアをピンクだと思い込んでいるレッドにラーミアは、容赦なくレッドを虜にする攻撃を仕掛けていく。
