僕達は、結婚して一年が経ちました。妻のねねはとても優しく、おしとやかで素敵な女性です。そんな妻に感謝の気持ちを伝えようと計画した結婚記念日のサプライズ。しかし妻は取引先との飲み会で終電を逃し、連絡も途絶えてしまいました。不安で堪らない僕は家を飛び出し夜道を探し回りましたが結局見つからず自宅に戻りました。その後、妻からビデオ電話がかかってきて僕はそこで悪夢のような映像を見てしまったのです。
