新任教師の潤子は生徒たちの成績を上げるため一生懸命に授業に取り組んでいた。ある日、教え子の三田が停学処分となる。他の生徒たちは潤子の努力の甲斐もあり成績が上がるが、授業に遅れが出ていた三田は違っていた。理事長の息子である三田が推薦枠から外れてはマズいと理事長派の教師たちが潤子を陥れる計画をたてる。
