時は慶長三年。首領の命によって、豊臣秀吉の隠し埋蔵金を探すことになった三人の忍者。くノ一・くるみのお京（樹里）、竜花、甲賀忍者・仁吾。変装し、地図を手に目的地に向かうが、道中でくノ一・椿率いる伊賀忍者らに襲われてしまう。
