看護師になりもうすぐ2年目の「あおい」には、入院患者である「カズマ」と密かに愛を育んでいるという秘密があった。そんな中、隣の病室の「シンゴ」に、証拠の写真を撮られ、彼女は手拘束の状態で口だけを使った奉仕を要求され、嫌々従っていく。その後、彼の行為は段々過激になり、入院仲間やドクターまでも巻き込み、陵辱の限りを尽くしていく。そして、意識が朦朧とする中、あおいに衝撃の真実が突きつけられるのだった…。
