児童書専門の出版社の社長・克也は、会社では厳格な態度を見せながら、家に帰ると妻の幸子と一日交代で子供を演じ、○児プレイを楽しんでいた。そんなある日、幸子が近所に住む諒子の子供ツヨシを預かった。克也は本物の子供が幸子に可愛がられていることに複雑な思いにかられた。やがて幸子は我が身の現実に疑問を感じ、今までのような態度を取ることが出来なくなり…。
