銀行強盗犯の上田達は、逃走中に撃たれた仲間を病院に担ぎ込むが、捜査官に包囲されてしまい、院内の医者や患者を人質にして籠城する事になる。上田達との交渉を命じられたひかりは彼らへの説得を試みるが…。
