蘭の活躍によって逮捕された連続ストーカー殺人犯・大西は、収容されていた精神病院を脱走。病院で虐待を受けていた大西は看護士の高部・北川を次々と殺害する。蘭とパートナーの飯田刑事は第3の標的となった担当医のめぐみのマンションへと向かうが、すでにめぐみは殺されていた。そして、その魔の手は飯田へと伸び…。蘭は飯田を救出するため、自ら囮となって大西との直接対決に全てを賭けるのであった。
