範子は家庭円満の中で暮らす専業主婦。たまに刺激としてテニススクールのコーチ・卓也と不倫関係にあった。そんなある日、ホテルでの不倫の帰り道に範子と卓也は何者かに連れ去られ、監禁される。変声機を通した犯人の声で、「監禁された理由が分かれば解放してやる」と言われる2人。理由の分からない範子に、次々とお仕置きが加えられていく…。
