劇団の女優・裕子は主宰者の日比野と付き合っていた。だが、日比野には妻がいて、裕子は「愛人」だった。演じる事が仕事の裕子は自分の感情を押さえ、愛人を演じる決心をする。しかし、2年の月日は「裕子」にとってツラすぎた。裕子は愛人を演じることをやめ、日比野と別れる決心をする。
