時は江戸時代中期、浮世絵師・喜多川歌国は、禁制の枕絵に手を染めていた。江戸の大商人・蓑屋の娘の嫁入り道具として枕絵を描くよう依頼された歌国は、町娘のおえい（水鳥川 彩）の美しさ、汚れを知らぬ清純な姿に惚れ込んだ。おえいをモデルにするため、男女の行為を一から教え、女へと成長させていくのだ…。
