スリで生計を立てるテツとまるこ。ある日テツの父乙也が痴呆症になり、二人は田舎にあるテツの実家へ向かう。乙也はすっかり呆けていたが、妻満子を抱く好色ぶりだけは相変わらずだ。そんな中、二人がスッた財布に入っていた一ドル札の割符を探してヤクザの大木がやってくる。どうやら割符は麻薬の取引に使われるようで…。
