病院の事務員・圭子と出入りの営業マン・山下は、週末になると郊外の旅館で密会を重ねる仲。しかし、計算高い山下は、病院に取り入る為に病院の院長の娘・令子との接触もぬかりなかった。次第に冷たくなる山下の態度に、嫉妬してゆく圭子…。そんな折、車で出かける二人を目撃した彼女は、堪らずその後をつけてしまうのだった。
